The number of sessions will vary from one person to another, depending on where a person is on their health journey and what their goal is.
Sessions can be booked one at a time, giving you the chance to see if they are right for you. Most people prefer to book multiple sessions in advance, taking advantage of the discounts on offer.
If you are unsure, you can always start with a single session, then decide if booking multiple sessions would be the better option for you.
A number of packages are offered to ensure maximal service while we work together to reach your goals.
First session will be preceded by complementary 10 minutes of consultation.
The coaching sessions are offered on a one-to-one basis and cater for your specific needs and personal goals. Each session lasts 30 working* minutes. (*This is the duration of the core session, excluding the chit-chat that often takes place as you establish a rapport with your coach).
Sessions are flexible; you can use them as and when needed, at a time that works best for you and your coach.
Sessions are held on voice or video call, as preferred by you.
One session US $50.
Please note, session must be used within 1 month of booking.
Five sessions US $200.
Please note, sessions must be used within 5 months of booking.
Ten sessions US $350.
Please note, sessions must be used within 10 months of booking.
