Coaching sessions are one-to-one, tailored to your individual needs and health goals. Each session lasts approximately 30 focused minutes, not including the friendly chat that naturally happens as we build rapport.
Sessions are flexible — you can schedule them as needed, at times that suit you best. All sessions are conducted via video call for your convenience.
